smokesigns-deactivated20110926 asked: It.. it just seems too good to be true. Ryan Adams, Josh Homme and Thomas Lauderdale all collaborating for the same cause?? And what's up with the Elliott Smith? (though for reasons unknown, deceased musicians do have a tendency to release music... I dunno, just weird that it'd be on a charity album).
Plus i cant find any mention of the album on the Outside In website? I'd really like it to be true, but I'm unsure.
(If it turned out to be a hoax, however, I'd be mighty impressed by all the scheming involved)

The two songs from Elliott Smith are old unreleased tracks that were recently discovered. The guy who organized this has connections to Elliott and was able to secure these tracks.

I assure you this is no hoax or scam. But feel free to wait until release before purchasing.
